The team has experience in office building management and maintenance with specialized knowledge of healthcare facilities.

The HCFD property management team maintains preventive maintenance programs; periodically evaluates vendors to assure quality service standards; and acts quickly to resolve maintenance issues and tenant concerns—as well as handling other major operations management.
